√ Issues : My Top Five Issues

Bringing back and creating new jobs in Colorado is my number one issue and top priority. Its essential that we support both small & big businesses with less taxes, more credits and regulations they can rely and depend on, in the most effective and streamlined manner possible. The largest creator of jobs in Colorado is the small business.

The two party system is out of control, and we must send an Unaffiliated US Senator to Washington who represents the true and only way to bridge the gap and build consensus between the broken parties. An Unaffiliated Senator can fight for Colorado and America, without having to be told to “rubber stamp” the party line. We need action, not two party bickering and partisan politics.

Our country, let alone our state, has never been prepared to support tens of millions of illegal immigrants, our system can not support such an economic drain. Ignoring the laws that are in place is not the answer, but we have to face and resolve this problem today. Financial security all the way from the little guy to Wall Street, is pivotal to remaining fiscally strong, secure and on a path to reducing our National debt.

Two occupations in Iraq and Afghanistan have long served there purposes, we need to bring all of our troops back home today. Our ability to support those democratic processes we have put in place does not require leaving our sons, daughters, husbands and wifes in harm’s way.

Sustainability, is about balancing our use of natural resources like gas and oil, with those other resources, whether alternative or human, with our daily use. Our future has to tap into the wealth of American imagination and ingenuity. We have in the past embarked on this grand challenges, like the TVA, US Interstate Highway system and even walking on the Moon, with success and achievement, with our minds, our muscle and our spirit.
