Charley Miller, Unaffiliated Candidate, joins the race for the U. S. Senate
August 4, 2010
Denver, Colorado – Secretary of State, Bernie Buescher announced on July 8, 2010 that Charley Miller, proposed unaffiliated candidate for the United States Senate, has submitted petitions he personally collected to be placed on the November 2, 2010 general election ballot. The Office of the Secretary of State has determined that the number of valid signatures presented has met, or exceeded, the statutory minimum signature requirement and therefore, the submitted petition is deemed sufficient.
Charley Miller will be placed on the ballot as an “Unaffiliated” candidate for United States Senate on the November ballot. Charley Miller said “This petition represents the 1.2 million Unaffiliated voters of the State of Colorado.”
