The current EFCA has been put forward for a decade, I believe it doesn’t destroy small businesses and would allow for a more streamlined process. I dislike excessive litigation and believe in a ADR (Alernative Dispute Resolution) process. My concern is I am against “illegal immigration,” and I see that the Federal government has to enforce its “workplace mandates” to insure these laws are followed.
